10wan Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 10wan ("we", "us", "the Platform", "10wan") governing your access to and use of the 10wan website located at https://10wan.pro and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet on 10wan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with 10wan's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 10wan platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a 10wan account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 10wan strictly prohibits use of the platform by minors.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming register that covers online gaming platforms.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of 10wan or any of its affiliated companies.
• Your participation is in compliance with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any registration completed using false, misleading, or third-party identity information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.

10wan reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review.

3 Account Rules & Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active 10wan account at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of any bonus balances held across all accounts.
• Withholding of any pending withdrawals pending a full compliance review.
• Potential reporting to relevant financial crime authorities where fraud is suspected.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication device. You must not share your login details with any other person. 10wan will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where such access resulted from a failure by the player to maintain credential security.

You must notify 10wan support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 10wan platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 10wan supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20

Deposits are generally credited to the playable account balance within the timeframe specified on the cashier page, which varies by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. 10wan accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. 10wan reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are detailed on the cashier page.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 10wan does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment processor fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.
• Withdrawals of funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be approved until requirements are satisfied.
• 10wan reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 10wan platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, table games, or fishing arcade — as published on the platform at the time of wagering. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

By placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge that:

• All betting and gaming outcomes on 10wan are determined by certified random number generation systems or live physical outcomes, as applicable.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that market.
• 10wan reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or at odds that were published due to a technical error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per market and per account and are displayed within the relevant product interface.
• 10wan may restrict or limit a player's betting activity at its sole discretion, including applying stake restrictions, market restrictions, or maximum payout caps to individual accounts.

For live in-play betting, 10wan endeavours to suspend markets and update odds in real time. However, network latency and technical factors may occasionally result in bets being accepted after an event outcome has been determined. 10wan reserves the right to void such bets where it determines they were placed with knowledge of the outcome.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

10wan offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus offer is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and, where applicable, any winnings derived from bonus funds, must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are specified in the individual promotion terms. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: 10wan reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim a bonus where it reasonably believes the player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting low-edge games to clear wagering requirements, coordinating bonus use across multiple accounts, or hedging bets to neutralise wagering risk.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10wan platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or circumvent security systems.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false identity information, using a stolen payment method, or impersonating another individual.
• Attempting to access the 10wan platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or proxies to mask location.
• Opening a new account following a self-exclusion, or assisting another self-excluded player in accessing the platform.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed toward 10wan staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the 10wan platform are the property of 10wan or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 10wan platform without prior written consent from 10wan. Unauthorised use of 10wan intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10wan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by the player to wager funds, including losses resulting from those decisions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Errors in published odds, game outcomes, or market settlements that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.

The 10wan platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

10wan is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become harmful for a minority. The following tools are available to all registered 10wan account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of any single gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 10wan platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications of the duration of your current session at intervals you specify.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

10wan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons at 10wan's initiative, any verified balance remaining after the resolution of all open bets and the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 10wan account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Closure does not cancel any pending withdrawal requests that were submitted prior to the closure request.

12 Amendments to These Terms

10wan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 10wan will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 10wan platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 10wan is incorporated and licensed to operate.

Any dispute not resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. 10wan's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
